We are growing fast and looking for a Loan Processor for our mortgage lending business.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience, preferably in wholesale. Retail loan processing experience will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of VA, FHA, Conventional and Renovation loans
  • Familiarity with Calyx Point Software
  • Strong math, writing and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Manage loan process through mortgage software system
  • Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
  • Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
  • Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients
